Jaimie Geller Jewelry cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization and void of pre-paid Return Shipping label will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of original purchase. 


Store credit will be applied to the account of the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or with the prior authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received your store credit will be immediately applied to your account. You will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to your account. 

Items purchased using store credit are final sale.

For Next Day Air delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Wednesday for IN STORE ITEMS by 12PM PST.

Order cancellations are currently accepted by email only and must be received before the item has shipped. Please email to cancel an order placed online. Upon approval, cancelled orders will be redeemed as store credit. is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped despite the customer receipt of Online Order Confirmation or Shipping Notice. 

Orders that have been confirmed via phone or email cannot be cancelled.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ships internationally.

International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. To place an order for an international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. When you have finished adding items to your cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and select 'checkout', from here select the country associated with your billing address. If your billing address differs from the location you wish to have your item shipped, then remove the 'check mark' under Shipping Options and enter your desired shipment location. Once you have done this select 'continue' and enter your payment information.

For all international orders the client is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
