Jaimie Geller Jewelry cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization and void of pre-paid Return Shipping label will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of original purchase.
REFUND OF STORE CREDIT
The refund of store credit will be applied to the account of the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or with the prior authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received your store credit will be immediately applied to your account. You will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to your account.

For Next Day Air delivery, orders must be submitted Tuesday through Friday by 3PM PST.
For Saturday Delivery, orders placed on Friday before 3PM PST are subject to additional charges. Please specify Saturday Delivery in Note / Special Instructions when placing online order.
Next Day Air delivery orders placed on Friday before 3PM PST will be delivered on Monday.
Next Day Air delivery orders placed on Thursday after 3PM PST through Saturday 3PM PST will arrive on Monday.
Next Day Air delivery orders placed on Saturday after 3PM PST, Sunday or Monday, will arrive on Wednesday.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellations are currently accepted by telephone only and must be received before the item has shipped. Please call 310-454-5392 to cancel an order placed online.
JaimieGellerJewelry.com is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped despite the customer receipt of Online Order Confirmation or Shipping Notice.

International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. To place an order for an international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. When you have finished adding items to your cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and select 'checkout', from here select the country associated with your billing address. If your billing address differs from the location you wish to have your item shipped, then remove the 'check mark' under Shipping Options and enter your desired shipment location. Once you have done this select 'continue' and enter your payment information.
